About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Lead – Python GenAI / Agentic AI to drive the design and development of next-gen AI applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Python, Generative AI, and multi-agent frameworks, capable of translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI applications using Python.

• Architect scalable and secure solutions integrating LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver intelligent business solutions.

• Oversee project timelines, resources, and agile deliverables.

• Ensure best practices in AI development, MLOps, and cloud deployment.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, and open-source AI tooling.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDKs).

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark, and SQL for data engineering.

• Cloud experience with AWS and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.

• Experience working in Scaled Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing enterprise-grade GenAI applications.

• Understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance.

• Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
