Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer (Agri-Tech) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our agricultural technology solutions. This role requires strong QA expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align testing strategies with Agri-Tech innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- QA Strategy: Define and implement quality assurance frameworks for Agri-Tech platforms.
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for software and IoT systems.
- System Validation: Ensure accuracy and reliability of agricultural data systems.
- Performance Testing: Evaluate scalability and efficiency of digital farming platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and agronomists.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and resolve defects across systems.
- Innovation: Introduce new QA tools and methodologies to strengthen product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of QA automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience with IoT systems, cloud platforms, and data-driven agriculture solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver QA solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
