Liventra Properties is actively hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Lead Qualification Expert to support our Residential Leasing & Rentals division.

This role is essential in ensuring that only genuine, verified, and conversion-ready tenant inquiries are assigned to leasing consultants, helping maximize productivity and successful closures.

Role Overview

As a Lead Qualification Expert, you will manage and qualify inbound and outbound residential leasing inquiries across multiple channels. You will act as the first point of contact, screening prospects and ensuring high-quality leads are delivered to the leasing team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Screen and qualify residential leasing leads from property portals, social media, phone calls, and walk-ins
✔ Verify client requirements, including budget, preferred location, unit size, and move-in timeline
✔ Classify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold based on readiness and seriousness
✔ Coordinate and assign qualified leads to residential leasing consultants
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-up schedules
✔ Filter out non-serious, irrelevant, or unqualified inquiries
✔ Provide data-driven lead insights to support leasing conversions

Candidate Requirements

✔ Experience in real estate leasing, telesales, or lead qualification (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills in English
(Arabic / Hindi is an added advantage)
✔ Ability to professionally manage high call and inquiry volumes
✔ Good understanding of the Dubai residential leasing market
✔ Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
✔ Target-oriented, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset
