Working Hours: 10AM-7PM India hours

Monthly Salary- 18000

About the role-

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• Applicant Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate skills, and assess cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Mentorship: Guide or coach junior recruiters or sourcers on best practices

What's required-

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically in a full-cycle role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Results-Oriented: Able to close roles with minimum supervision.
