The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple companies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and secure top candidates to support expansion. It is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and interested in building scalable recruiting systems.

What You’ll Do

• Handle full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
• Partner with leadership on hiring needs and strategy
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Write job descriptions and maintain ATS pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting/HR experience with ATS knowledge
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Excellent communication and organization
• Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, professional, and discreet
