The Mandate
SlamEmail Tech is seeking a high-energy, international-minded Lead Recruiter to drive our expansion across the EMEA region. From our hub in the Salalah Commercial Center, you will be responsible for identifying and securing the talent that powers our communication technology across three continents. We are looking for a sourcing expert who can navigate diverse labor markets, understand regional technical nuances, and act as a global brand ambassador for SlamEmail.
Core Responsibilities
- EMEA Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for technical, sales, and operations roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring a consistent and elite candidate experience.
- Multi-Market Sourcing: Deploy advanced headhunting strategies across international job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities to attract passive talent in highly competitive markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with international department heads to define role requirements, cultural fit parameters, and localized compensation benchmarks.
- Omanisation Advocacy: While managing global roles, proactively identify and mentor Omani talent for internal growth opportunities, supporting the Sultanate’s local employment goals.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates across different EMEA territories.
- Employer Branding: Represent SlamEmail Tech at regional career fairs and virtual networking events, positioning the firm as a premier employer in the global tech space.
Professional Profile
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years managing international or EMEA-wide mandates.
- Proven expertise in high-growth tech recruitment (SaaS, Cloud, or Communication Tech experience is a major plus).
- Strong understanding of international employment regulations and the Omani Labour Law.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities; comfortable managing 15+ high-priority roles across different time zones.
- Linguistic Versatility: Professional fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic, French, or a European language is highly advantageous for EMEA coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, International Business, or a related field.
