Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Position: Lead Registered Dental Assistant

Organization: MyCHN – A nonprofit healthcare leader with 100+ providers and 15+ locations in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast area

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise, train, and coach dental assistant
• Support dentists during procedures and exams
• Manage supplies, schedules, and patient flow
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
• Lead by example to create a 5-star patient experience
• Collaborate with leadership to boost productivity and growth

What You’ll Need:

• RDA License
• Radiology Certified
• CPR/BLS Certified
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with dental software and third-party payers
• Passion for patient care and team development
