Position Overview

We’re hiring a lead-level remodel carpenter — this is not an apprentice or entry-level role.

You will manage and complete full kitchen and bathroom installations from start to finish. This role requires independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Mountain Peak Construction professionally inside client homes.

Your standard: clean, precise, and complete work that meets our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry with precision
• Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and secure
• Install fillers, scribes, toe kicks, crown, and finish trim
• Follow layouts, elevations, and job specifications accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members
• Manage daily production and solve problems in the field
• Crown molding training provided

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen, bath, or finish carpentry experience preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Must have dependable transportation
• Able to work independently and take full responsibility for results
• Background check required
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Helpful but not required:
Experience with flooring, tile backsplashes, door installation, trim carpentry, drywall repair, or patch work.
