Position Overview

We are hiring a lead-level remodel carpenter. This is not an entry-level or helper position.

You will take ownership of kitchen and bathroom installations from start to finish. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the company professionally in occupied homes.

You will also be expected tosfollow company safety procedures and jobsite safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry with precision
• Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and properly secured
• Install fillers, scribes, toe kicks, crown molding, and finish trim
• Follow layouts, elevations, and project specifications accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all company safety guidelines and jobsite safety requirements
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members
• Manage daily production and solve problems in the field
• Represent the company professionally on every project

Training provided for crown molding if needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen, bath, or finish carpentry experience preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Background check required
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Helpful but not required:
Experience with flooring, tile backsplashes, door installation, trim carpentry, drywall repair, or patch work
