What is needed for this job as our Lead Rental Party Host:

• 16+ years of age
• Comfortable engaging with children and parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Proven track record of developing authentic relationships with others
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Lead Rental Party Host:

• Engage with children and parents while maintaining a safe environment
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly disposition
• Greeting guests, collecting waivers, setting up and cleaning up party room, as well as maintaining a safe environment
• Responsible for maintaining control of the rental/party at all times
• Set up includes tables, chairs, and decorating with decorations brought in by guests
