We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Assistant to build targeted contact lists for our outreach team.You will be responsible for finding:<ul><li>Healthcare facilities</li><li>Senior care organizations</li><li>Community partners</li></ul>This is a critical role that directly supports our sales team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and compile new leads daily (25&ndash;50+)</li><li>Find accurate:</li><li>Business names</li><li>Phone numbers</li><li>Emails</li><li>Key contacts (Administrator, Activity Director)</li><li>Organize leads in Google Sheets</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of data</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Hourly or per-lead pay</li><li>Performance bonuses for accuracy and volume</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong internet research skills</li><li>Attention to detail (NO sloppy work)</li><li>Experience with Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet daily targets</li></ul>Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
