Lead Residential Cleaner / Field Supervisor

Overview

We are hiring a Lead Cleaner / Field Supervisor to help maintain quality, enforce standards, and ensure consistency across all services.

This is a hands-on role that combines residential cleaning with leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for setting the standard on every job, training team members, and addressing issues in real time to ensure work is completed correctly.

This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with high standards, and is comfortable holding others accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning
• Lead by example in speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Train and onboard new team members
• Conduct quality checks and correct issues immediately
• Ensure all company standards and policies are being followed
• Communicate directly with the owner regarding team performance and issues
• Maintain consistency across all homes and teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, consistent, and professional
• Confident and comfortable giving direction to others
• Must be comfortable being held to high standards
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Must pass a background check
• Must complete a personality assessment
• Provide 2 professional references
• Bilingual is a plus

• Prefer a low-responsibility position

Schedule & Pay

• 28–35 hours per week
• Month 1 (training): $23/hour
• Months 2–3 (probation): $25/hour
• After 90 days: $25–$27/hour based on performance
• Tips and performance-based bonuses included on top of hourly wage.
• Paid driving time
