Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8-10 hour per day. 8am -6pm. Full Time, Year Round

Role: Lead Roof Cleaning Technician

Pay: $5500+ per month with path to $6,000 in 6 months depending on performance.

PAY PER JOB role, not hourly pay. This role is for a hustler, go getting, motivated individual who wants to make as much money as possible, not for the individual looking for a laid back hourly job.

• This role offers commission for upselling services like window cleaning or gutter guards, with potential to earn hundreds more per week based on performance. We are looking for a technician who will be motivated to upsell clients and neighbors and earn extra cash through sales commission.
• Paid Training with our fastest technician Jacob, who gets amazing online reviews! You get paid per job. You will learn how to finish jobs fast and make great money.
• Performance bonuses and you keep 100% of tips.
• One week paid vacation per year + personal use WA sick time + Paid Birthday Off + 2 paid holidays per year. Almost 3 weeks of paid time off a year.

Job Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Willing to undergo background and drug test
• 1 year experienced REQUIRED in roof cleaning / roof repair / pressure washing / landscaping / construction / roofing / carpenter / or working with heights
• Live within 20 minutes of Lynnwood, WA
• Have a place to park a work cargo van at your home.
• Ability to work on ladders and rooftops safely.
• You have a healthy respect for heights but aren’t afraid of ladders or working on roofs.
• Strong attention to detail and a love for a job well done.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
