Lead Sales Consultant/Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, polished Lead Sales Consultant / Team Lead to support consultations, client education, service-plan conversion, follow-up, team communication, and daily sales accountability.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, consultation, follow-up, and leadership skills in aesthetics, medspa, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or another client-focused sales environment.

This is not a Practice Manager or Medspa Manager position. The focus is sales execution, client experience, consultation flow, follow-up, team accountability, and revenue support under management direction.

Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Occasional weekend or after-hours availability may be required for approved events, training, marketing, community outreach, or business needs.

Compensation

Base salary: $42,000 annually, paid biweekly
Estimated annual compensation opportunity: approximately $48,000 to $58,000, including eligible commission, bonuses, membership incentives, retail incentives, and performance opportunities.

Commission and bonus eligibility typically begins within 30 to 90 days after onboarding, training, service education, system training, and management approval are completed.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct consultations with prospective and existing clients
  • Educate clients on services, packages, treatment plans, financing options, and next steps
  • Guide clients through service-plan decisions with clarity, professionalism, and care
  • Support lead follow-up, appointment conversion, client retention, and reactivation
  • Review financial agreements and help clients move forward with appropriate service plans
  • Support promotions, memberships, retail opportunities, and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with providers, front desk, and management to create a smooth client experience
  • Support team communication, daily sales flow, accountability, and client-experience consistency
  • Track consultation outcomes, follow-up needs, sales activity, membership activity, retail activity, and conversion metrics
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company protocols, compliance expectations, and client-care standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in aesthetics, medspa, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or client-focused sales
  • Strong consultation, sales, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Confidence discussing services, packages, financing, and client investment
  • Ability to educate clients without pressure-based selling
  • Strong organization, documentation, and attention to detail
  • Professional presence, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Leadership ability with a team-centered mindset
  • Warmth, accountability, confidence, and strong follow-through

Training & Growth

Onboarding may include sales process training, service education, HIPAA and confidentiality training, CRM and scheduling training, consultation scripting, role-play, and 30/60/90-day performance check-ins.
