Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Lead Individual Contributor in Salesforce development projects, owning solution design and execution.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring seamless data and process integration.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, and SOQL queries.
- Manage Salesforce integrations using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices around code quality, security, governor limits, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong command over Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integration techniques.
- Previous experience working with manufacturing industry requirements or similar complex environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and governor limits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
- Proven ability to work independently in a Lead IC role, driving technical decisions without direct team management.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Administrator.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (PD1/PD2)
