Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities:
- Gathering of business requirements through understanding business process, map applications and prepare proposed solution design.
- Develop business re-engineering and modelling.
- Setting up design solutions and system set up parameterization.
- Setup or configure business applications such as Oracle fusion inventory (costing, receipt), fusion manufacturing (discrete and process), maintenance cloud, fusion self-service procurement, procurement, sourcing, supplier qualification, supplier portal, procurement contract and fusion order management (experience with POS).
- Add on if there is experience on SCM advance modules like SCM Fusion planning, Fusion warehouse management system (WMS), Fusion Oracle transportation management (OTM).
- Evaluate user proficiency and define training requirements to raise the level of proficiency of the users; subsequently train users on the use of the business applications.
- Provide Oracle methodology documents; training guide, application setup, test scripts, collect custom reports requirement and forward it to the technical team for development of reports.
- Able to identify gaps in SCM fusion and work with development team to build solution to meet business requirements.
- Work with Technical Developers to correct issues in the functioning of the applications.
- Identify and resolve project issues in furtherance of the project go-live status.
- Troubleshoot issues in the use and functioning of applications.
Communications and Working Relationships:
- Works directly with the ERP Director in the implementation of ERP System.
- Work closely with IT department manager in IT projects management & planning activities.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- BS Business Management/ Administration / Computer Science / Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP Oracle SCM Fusion Cloud.
- Add on having oracle certification.
- Add on having business certification like CSCP or CIPS.
- Development of Business Application.
- System Integration.
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Located at AAFAQ Headquarters Riyadh.
