About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for Lead Solution Engineer to build scalable software systems thatare high-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency and massively distributed. As part of a cross functional team, you will be working in a fastpaced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovativesolutions that have immediate business impact. You need to take the challenges and ownership that comes while developing a complex system. You should lead the team and also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

What Will You Do in this Role

• Design and develop customapplications, modules, and integrations using Frappe.
• Contribute to the Frappe open-sourcecommunity.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Frappedeployments.
• Define technical roadmaps alignedwith business goals.
• Ensure scalability, performance, andsecurity of deployed solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforceengineering best practices.
• Foster a collaborative andhigh-performance development culture.
• Collaborate with project managers,solution architects, and clients.
• Oversee the full software developmentlifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Drive innovation in DevOps, CI/CD,and cloud deployment strategies.
• Solve complex problems in aninnovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership andaccountability of assigned things.
• Mentor and guide team members oneverything from structured problem solving to development of best practices.

WhatYou’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• Strong hands-on experience withFrappe and ERPNext.

• Strong proficiency in Python,JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Proven experience in architecting anddeploying ERP-grade systems.
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills andthe ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• High level of energy and proactivenature.
• A sense of ownership and drive and awillingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Frappe Framework certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS,GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines andDevOps practices.
• Experience leading distributed teams and contributions to open-source projects (GitHub profile preferred).
