About the Role
We’re hiring a Social Media, Content & Creative Specialist who can handle every stage of creative and content production — writing, designing, filming, editing, posting, and analyzing performance.
You’ll manage day-to-day social presence across multiple brands, create blogs and website content, design visuals, and bring marketing campaigns to life in collaboration with the marketing specialist and leadership.
This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role — ideal for someone who loves both content creation and digital marketing execution.
Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Create, film, and edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other visual content.
- Manage posting calendars across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Write and design social posts, captions, hooks, and stories that align with brand tone.
- Research trends, hashtags, and opportunities for reach and engagement.
2. Blog & Web Content Creation
- Write and edit blogs, feature stories, and web pages for company-owned platforms.
- Collaborate on keyword research and ensure content is SEO-optimized.
- Design visuals and layout elements for blogs and landing pages (using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
- Maintain consistency in tone, format, and quality across all content.
3. Campaign Support & Paid Media
- Develop visuals and short-form assets for digital ad campaigns.
- Assist in post boosting and performance tracking on social platforms.
- Support marketing specialist in coordinating paid and organic content efforts.
4. Community Building & Outreach
- Engage with audiences across platforms (comments, DMs, mentions).
- Assist with outreach to content creators, guest bloggers, and affiliates.
- Help build online communities and partnerships through social engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track social performance metrics and content engagement.
- Provide feedback on trends, content performance, and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills for blogs and web content.
- Strong proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword-based writing.
- Experience managing multiple brands or projects at once.
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive mindset.
