We are seeking dedicated Lead Server with at least 3 years of hospitality experience to join our team.

Position includes servering, bar support, food running, bussing and cleaning with checklist. Our team plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to every guest
• Describing menu items and upselling food and beverage offerings
• Assisting with food running and bussing to support service flow
• Working as part of a team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

We’re looking for individuals who are energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

## Qualifications

- At least 3 years of serving experience

- 24 years or older

- RBS certificate

- Food Hanlders Card

- Mandatory Weekends

- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Able to carry 3-4 plates in hand and 4 schooner margaritas and 5 beers on a tray.

- Basic math skills for order taking and bill processing

- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently

## Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Buss tables as needed

- Perform various cleaning duties during down time

- Deliver orders promptly and accurately

- Assist in food preparation and handling when needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Projected Total Compensation: $17.00 - $34.00 per hour
