Lead Server / Shift Manager – Roberto’s Deluxe

Roberto’s Deluxe is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Lead Server / Shift Manager to join our team. We are a busy, high-end seafood restaurant committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we’re looking for a strong leader who can help elevate our service team. This is an hourly position plus tips.

This is a full-time position requiring open availability, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and act as a floor manager when scheduled
• Train and onboard new servers to uphold Roberto’s service standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop the service team
• Ensure consistency in guest experience and service execution
• Maintain strong communication between front and back of house
• Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist with light administrative tasks and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience
• Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
