Davis Electric & Mechanical LLC is looking for an experienced Lead Service Plumber to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work and excellent customer service we want to hear from you! We are located in Crozet, Va and service most of Central Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential/service plumbing issues
• Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
• Communicate clearly with customers and recommend solutions
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices to complete tasks
• Conduct remodeling, remodeling support work, and system upgrades as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Experience in residential plumbing
• Dependable and good communication skills
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and carpentry tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Provide own basic hand tools
