Lead Service Plumber

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, leak detection, water heater repairs, and sewer line repairs.
• Install and repair water, sewer, gas, and drainage systems.
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to customers professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain inventory, tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, materials, and project updates.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional repairs and preventative maintenance services.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively.

• Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License required.
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Experience with drain cleaning equipment, sewer machines, hydro jetting equipment, and camera inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience supervising plumbing crews.
• Experience with apartment communities, property management companies, and commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of tankless water heaters, boilers, RPZ assemblies, and gas systems.
• Backflow certification is a plus.
