Location: Denver, CO (Field-Based)

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year + Overtime

Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour days (6:30 AM start)

On-call rotation every 8–9 weeks

Overtime available

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Lead Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC units. This is a field-based role with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior technicians and handling complex service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
• Perform installations and maintain service vehicle inventory
• Document service work and communicate with customers and internal teams
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Handle escalations and complex technical issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in commercial appliance, refrigeration, or HVAC repair
• 2+ years leadership experience (mentoring, training, or supervision)
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software

Preferred:

• 5+ years commercial HVAC or appliance experience
• CFESA or NATE certification
• Experience with estimates, customer walkthroughs, or project coordination
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience:

• Commercial HVAC repair : 5 years (Required)
• Commercial refrigeration repair : 5 years (Required)
• Refrigeration Repair: 3 years (Required)
• Commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, ice machines: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Certification (Required)
