Lead Software Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Architect to design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architectural decisions, define technical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain software architecture for enterprise applications and platforms
• Lead technical strategy, system design, and architecture reviews
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure software scalability, performance, security, and reliability
• Define coding standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and frameworks
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Software Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in cloud, architecture, or software development are a plus

Pay: KD2,800.000 per month
