Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, leading, and delivering scalable web applications and must be capable of mentoring junior developers while driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure the best practices in coding standards, architecture, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend: Angular (strong hands-on experience)
• Backend: ASP.Net WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, C# .NET / .NET Core
• Database: SQL Server, LINQ
• ORM: ADO.NET / Entity Framework
• API Development: Web API / REST API
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience in application architecture and leading development teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
