Lead Spray Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Spray Technician to join our team and drive excellence in pest control, lawn care, and agricultural spraying services. As a pivotal leader on our operations team, you will oversee spray application processes, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service. Your expertise in pest management, farming practices, landscaping, and farm machinery will be essential to maintaining healthy environments for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate spray operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely and efficient application of pesticides, fertilizers, or other treatments.
  • Supervise and mentor spray technicians, providing guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment such as hand tools, power tools, and spray rigs to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Plan daily routes by driving company vehicles to various client locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of spray applications, including chemical usage, site details, and environmental conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pest control, pesticide handling, and environmental protection.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide expert recommendations for lawn care, or landscaping projects.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service within pest control, lawn care, or landscaping industries is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on knowledge of pest management techniques, pesticide application methods, and environmental safety standards.
  • Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices or farming operations will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
