Role Title: Lead / Senior Associate Dentist
Location: San Francisco, CA (Union St Studio)
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 base salary + equity + benefits
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

As Lead / Senior Associate Dentist, you’ll practice dentistry at the highest level using state-of-the-art technology and top-rated materials in a collaborative, prevention-first environment.

You’ll lead diagnosis and treatment planning, focusing on minimally invasive care that keeps patients healthy, comfortable, and confident. You’ll also guide our clinical team, partner with leadership, and help shape the future of how care is delivered at Rinse.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, prevention, and treatment planning
• Partner with Rinse’s Founder (Casey Harlin) and Dental Director (Dr. Sam Soltani) to refine patient and clinical experiences
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for in-office auxiliaries
• Collaborate with in-office and remote teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active California dental license
• Current CPR / BLS certification
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in private practice or DSO
