Lead Strategy Consultant (Digital Innovation)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Strategy Consultant with a strong background in digital strategy and enterprise transformation. The candidate should preferably have experience working with Big 4 consulting firms and should be able to advise senior leadership on digital innovation, strategy development, and transformation initiatives.

15+ years of consulting experience in strategy or digital transformation.
Experience working with large enterprise clients and complex business environments.
Ability to define and drive business and digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Experience in leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and innovation programs.
Exposure to AI, data analytics, digital platforms, and automation to drive innovation.
Strong ability to work with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Experience in creating digital roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
Ability to manage program governance, KPIs, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
