Lead Supervisor – Cleaning Operations
(House Cleaning Experience Required)
We are looking for a Business Unit Manager – Operations with proven experience in house cleaning and facility management to lead our hourly cleaning business unit. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, high-quality service, and effective team coordination. You will be the key liaison between staff and clients, driving smooth workflows and maintaining service standards.
Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all cleaning operations to meet quality and timing targets.

Optimize staff schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.

Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams to achieve operational goals.

Conduct inspections and handle client feedback professionally.

Monitor cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

Maintain operational records and report performance metrics.
Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in housekeeping or house cleaning operations, preferably in GCC.

Supervisory experience in a cleaning or facility management environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
