Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead System Architect in Pega Real Time Interaction Management.

Required Skills:

• Hands on experience in Pega CDH with Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory).
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.
• Candidate should be capable of providing end-to-end solutioning in Pega.
• 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including at least 2 years as an LSA.
• Strong understanding of Pega application design patterns, case management, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Devops practices.
• Knowledge on Nodejs ( secondary skill).
