Position Title: Lead Systems Analyst - Business Applications-UKG WFM Job Description:

Purpose & Scope:

The Lead Systems Analyst will provide leadership and manage corporate applications in implementing and supporting associated technologies with a particular focus on Workday and UKG for the Business Applications Department. Provides management of day-to-day planning of all appropriate systems implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and long-term maintenance. Manages projects for business stakeholders. Manages VHC service desk ticket support and coordinates vendor support ticket management to ensure timely issue resolution. Oversees training programs in tools and methodologies for application support and development teams.

This individual must have a broad knowledge of application integration and data flow as well as extensive experience in support of ERP applications.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, healthcare related field, health information management, or in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

10 years of experience in systems analysis is required.

Five years of experience in systems analysis is required.

Five years of managing various systems in medium-large Microsoft Windows environment is required.
