Lead Systems Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable IT systems. This role will lead technical initiatives, ensure system reliability, and guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage system architecture and infrastructure
• Lead deployment, integration, and system upgrades
• Monitor performance, security, and availability
• Troubleshoot complex system issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions
• Mentor engineers and enforce best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and cloud platforms
• Experience with virtualization, automation, and scripting
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Pay: RO2,850.000 per month
