Young Scholars Academy in Baton Rouge is looking for a Lead Teacher to guide our busy, curious 1-year-old class — with a supportive co-teacher right by your side.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone passionate about early childhood education and shaping strong foundations
• Dependable, creative, and joyful leaders who can guide young learners with grace and consistency
• Experience preferred (CDA/ECE credits a huge plus!), but a great attitude and love for kids matter most

Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay: Competitive, based on experience & credentials
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (with occasional weekend events)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
