Lead Teacher

Growing Minds Academy goal is to offer early learning experiences that give children the tool they need to grow and develop into productive members of our society and leaders of tomorrow.

We are seeking candidates to join our team that are passionate about teaching and giving children experiences.

As a lead teacher with Growing Minds you will delegate duties to asst. teacher, communicate with children and families to implement a positive learning environment for classroom using learn through play philosophy as well as your own knowledge or developmentally age appropriate practices.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must pass criminal background check

Early childhood experience at least 1 year

High school or equivalent

Maintain a clean well-organized, safe and secure classroom environment.

Ability to communicate and maintain welcoming and constructive relationship with children, parents and co-teachers.
