Lead Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement lesson plans that inspire creativity and curiosity
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate daily with families through Brightwheel
• Support assistants and model classroom excellence
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety standards

Requirements:

• CDA or Early Childhood Education degree (or currently enrolled)
• 1+ year experience in a childcare or preschool setting
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
