Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Teacher
• CDA or 6+ semester hours in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Plan and implement weekly lessons using Learning Beyond Paper Curriculum
• Create an engaging classroom that sparks curiosity and learning
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Use assessments and observations to track child development
• Foster teamwork and a love for lifelong learning
• Commit to ongoing education and professional growth
