Lead Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, social, and cognitive development
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity
- Monitor and assess student progress through observation and standardized testing
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom conducive to learning
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment

Qualifications:
-Associate/Certificate in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience in childcare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students
- Passion for educating young children and promoting their overall welfare
