Duties

• Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative learning technology and Montessori methods where appropriate.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies, promoting social-emotional skills and respectful interactions among students.
• Hands-on experience using learning technology tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, families, therapists, and community partners.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles across various age groups including toddlers and preschoolers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience working with children ages infants–4 (student teaching counts!).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background check and health screening.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
