Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, fostering positive relationships with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all children.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language development, and motor skills.
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities as required.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes exploration and learning.
  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education through professional development opportunities.

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting 1 year minimum
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
  • Experience with behavior management strategies to effectively address challenges in the classroom.
  • CPR certified ( must have it to work in classroom)
  • Background in teaching, caregiving, nannying, babysitting, or similar roles involving direct interaction with children is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being able to manage individual responsibilities effectively. Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners by providing them with the foundational skills they need to thrive!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
