Lead Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
• Plan and lead educational activities, including math, language, and physical education
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development
• Must be willing to take the weekend "Admin Nanny College" Details will be given during interview process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
• Familiarity with behavioral health strategies for supporting children's emotional well-being
• CPR Certified
• Mandated reporter training.
