Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and lead educational activities, including math, language, and physical education
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development
- Must be willing to take the weekend "Admin Nanny College" Details will be given during interview process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with behavioral health strategies for supporting children's emotional well-being
- CPR Certified
- Mandated reporter training.
