Lead Teacher

ABOUT US:
Northport Employees Day Care Center dba Wee Luv'Em Daycare, located on the grounds of the Northport VA Medical Center, is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for our toddler room.

Wee Luv’Em Day Care is a joyful, nurturing environment where children learn through creative, child-centered activities, including books, music, movement, art, and most importantly - play. We support our children with loving, positive experiences that foster language development, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a patient, positive, and caring individual who is responsible, organized, thoughtful, and eager to learn and grow within our program.

As a NAEYC-accredited program, we require our Lead Teachers to hold a degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field).

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
