Lead Teacher – 3-Year-Old Classroom

Job Summary
Do you have a passion for early childhood education and love helping young learners grow, explore, and thrive? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our 3-year-old classroom and become part of our warm, supportive school community!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a fun, engaging, and nurturing classroom for 3-year-old children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum and developmental milestones
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s individual growth
• Maintain classroom organization and follow state licensing requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children (Lead Teacher experience preferred)
• CDA, Early Childhood Education credentials
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A caring, energetic, and positive attitude
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives

Pay: $42,795.08 - $51,538.16 per year
