Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor caregivers/teachers fostering professional growth through coaching and feedback.
- Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students.
- Collaborate with center Director to develop plans that enhance program quality and operational efficiency.
- Operational Support for Director and provide guidance to staff
- Represent the organization at community events, public speaking engagements, and stakeholder meetings to promote educational initiatives.
Skills
- Extensive experience in childcare setting, education and administration with a strong background in classroom management and supervision.
- Proven ability in curriculum development tailored to diverse student needs.
- Excellent planning capabilities coupled with budgeting expertise and licensing compliance

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
