Lead Teacher Assistant Director Daycare

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor caregivers/teachers fostering professional growth through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students.
• Collaborate with center Director to develop plans that enhance program quality and operational efficiency.
• Operational Support for Director and provide guidance to staff
• Represent the organization at community events, public speaking engagements, and stakeholder meetings to promote educational initiatives.

Skills

• Extensive experience in childcare setting, education and administration with a strong background in classroom management and supervision.
• Proven ability in curriculum development tailored to diverse student needs.
• Excellent planning capabilities coupled with budgeting expertise and licensing compliance

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
