Lead teacher preschool

Looking for a dedicated, patient person that can love, nurture, and assist children to reach their developmental goals in a group of 4-5 year old children.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old, have drivers license and SS card, pass a criminal background check, TB test, and medical report.
• MUST have at least 6 months experience in a 3-5 year old classroom either as an assistant or lead teacher.
• Must have at least NC Early Childhood Credential but must be willing to continue their education to obtain their Preschool Certificate at a community college.
• If you have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Preschool certificate the start out pay is more.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be physically able to move quickly, get up and down off the ground/ floor quickly, and lift over 20 lbs to effectively supervise and keep all children in your care safe and do your job profeciantly.
• Other trainings and requirements discussed upon hire.

Start out pay is based off your prior education and experience for preschool work.
