Available Positions:

• Lead Teacher; Toddler and Preschool: FT/PT
• Co Teacher; Toddler and Preschool; FT/PT

Operating Hours:

6:30am – 7:30pm, Flexible shifts available

Employment Type:

Full-time and Part-time available

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build connections with children and families.
• Demonstrate agility in various activities.
• Support diaper duty and potty training.
• Teach with patience and effective communication.
• Lead daily activities and assessments.
• Provide nurturing care tailored to each child's stage.
• Maintain a clean classroom.
• Exhibit dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Childcare Experience preferred
• Bonus for CDA or relevant Child Development classes.

License/Certification:

CPR Certification and First Aid (Preferred, as is Required by Va. Dept of

Education)

Ability to Relocate:

Richmond, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
