Lead Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training sessions in assigned technology stacks
• Develop training materials, assessments, and practical assignments
• Mentor trainees through hands-on coding sessions and real-world projects
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide performance feedback
• Keep training content updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Lead classroom discussions, workshops, and collaborative learning activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training with industry requirements

Required Technical Expertise

Candidates must have strong experience in at least one of the following:

• Java with Angular or React
• JavaScript Full Stack (MEAN or MERN Stack)
• Python with Angular or React

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Prior training or teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
