Position: Lead Test Center Administrator - Full Time - Benefits
Test Site: Indianapolis, IN
About the Role: As a PSI Lead Test Center Administrator (Lead TCA), your role encompasses both administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of an individual test center.
- Facility Oversight and Reporting
- Liaison with Regional Site Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
- Experience in a customer-facing role desirable.
- Experience in testing environment or invigilation/proctoring desirable.
- Skills in Microsoft Office software are desirable.
- Ability to walk/stand for 40% of shift time.
- Security clearance is required to carry out this role.
