Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Three-Year-Old Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning, creativity, and social development. The Pre-Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for guiding students through their early educational journey, ensuring they develop foundational skills in a supportive setting.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
  • Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s learning at home.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Incorporate various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, storytelling, and group projects.
  • Provide guidance in areas such as math concepts, literacy skills, and basic problem-solving.
  • Support early intervention strategies for children who may need additional assistance.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with preschool curriculum standards and early intervention techniques.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
  • Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
