We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
• Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, including special education needs.
• Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all students.
• Provide individualized support to children through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.
• Monitor student progress through standardized testing and assessments, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Collaborate with other educators in planning and executing school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior for reporting purposes.

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Experience working with children in various educational settings, including daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners.

• Familiarity with tutoring methods and standardized testing practices.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences that promote literacy education and math skills.
