Summary

We are seeking a passionate Teacher to join our Lightbridge Academy family in Plano TX. In this role, you will play a vital part in illuminating young minds and nurturing their growth through high-quality education. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of young learners.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to support a positive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide support for children with special needs through tailored educational approaches.
• Foster a love of learning through creative lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's development.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning is preferred.
• Experience in special education or early intervention is a plus.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
